DA Pass uses “zero-knowledge” encryption. Your master password never leaves your device and Digital Arts never sees it.
Every item is locked with AES-256 before it is saved. Our servers only ever see scrambled data.
Your master password is stretched 600,000 times (PBKDF2-SHA256), so guessing it is extremely slow.
Forgot your master password? The recovery code you saved lets you set a new one. Without it, nobody can open the vault – not even us.
Yes. It never expires and has unlimited passwords. It includes 5 two-step codes, 5 passkeys, 10 notes/cards/IDs and one app device (the browser extension) plus the web vault.
Nothing is deleted. You can still open, use and export everything. You just can't add more than the Free plan limits until you renew.
No – that is what keeps your vault safe. Use the recovery code you saved when you created the vault (“Forgot master password?” on the sign-in page).
In Google Authenticator tap ⋮ → Transfer accounts → Export accounts, take a photo or screenshot of the QR code, and upload it in DA Pass → Import → Scan QR picture.
Encrypted vault data is stored on Supabase servers in India (Mumbai region, ap-south-1). Only the encrypted form is stored.
The web vault works on any phone browser – add it to your home screen. Android and Windows apps are coming.
